new network referral program !
How does it work? : First we invite you to join our network at no cost, that connects you with other other real estate
agents in the network who specialize in Central Florida Properties
Referral Fees: Refer your client that are looking to purchase property in Central Florida and you will receive a 25%
referral fee (negotiable) from the total cooperative agent commission when the closing is completed.
How does it benefit me?: Lets say a home price is $300k. The commission to the cooperative agent is 3% or $9,000.
The your referral fee is calculated at 25% of the total cooperative agent commission received or 0.25% x 9,000 or
$2,250.00. Simply stated, you will receive a check for $2,250. Now add that amount on a monthly basis !
